Dear Friends at Ameri-Camp,

    Never having heard of Ameri-Camp we certainly had our reservations purchasing a unit from a dealer two states away however, after now owning our 5th wheel for over two years and having several dealings with your company, this letter is long overdue.  I want to thank you for a quality RV and especially for your professionalism and support that you have extended to us each and every time we have needed to contact you for assistance.  One particular instance warrants particular merit above the others.  At the 2006 Ameri-Campers rally last summer in Stone Mountain, GA., I arrived having a slight problem with the motor on the living room slide. By the end of the 3 day rally, Ameri-Camp had arranged to have a new slide motor overnighted, delivered and installed, not causing any inconvenience during the rally or one minute in delay for my departure home.  This day and age it is rare to find a company that not only stands behind their product but also their customer.  Again, thank you and keep up the great products.

You have made our first experience with a fifth wheel a completely positive one. 

Having been bitten by the Rving bug immediately after purchasing our pop-up, I read everything I could about fifth wheels for months in anticipation of the “one day” that we would get one. I also talked to more people than I could count -- at campgrounds we visited, at RV shows and on the internet boards. Before long I realized that I kept hearing about Ameri-Camp, and everything I heard was excellent. 

One day I went to Sun Coast RV to “just look.” After all, we’d had our brand new pop-up for only four months. But I was hooked. No other fifth wheel bunkhouse had such an innovative floorplan. No other entry-level fifth wheel had such upgraded features that came standard as this one did. And the décor was much nicer than any of the other RVs I’d seen. We purchased it three days later and immediately after the PDI took it on a 10-hour trip to Virginia for Thanksgiving. Surprisingly, it tows better than the pop-up, but not surprisingly is also infinitely more comfortable.

Now we’ve had our Ameri-Camp for nearly a year. I continue to frequent the internet boards, talk to other campers at campgrounds and attend RV shows. I still can’t find a better fifth wheel. The quality is incredible. I hear about long “laundry lists” of things that owners of new fifth wheels need fixed. Neither I nor any other Ameri-Camp owners I’ve spoken with have had that experience. In fact, to this day I still haven’t heard of anyone having anything but a great experience with their Ameri-Camp.

Tony, this is Ed Gregory. I have a 2005 T310RLS which I bought new. My wife and I came to Syracuse and toured the factory and were very impressed with the quality so we went back and ordered it with the available options that we preferred. I have had a couple of major problems and a couple of minor ones which your people addressed and took care of without any hassle which was unusual in today's RV world. The floor plan still surpasses any other makes or models today as I have looked at many on the internet. I have been looking at the Summit Ridge which is like mine with a slight change in floor plan which I like. My wife loves the drawer space and storage space.

We made it to the Rally last year in Georgia and planned on going this year but had to cancel but look forward to next year at Syracuse. We have really enjoyed living in our America-camp,we are just ending a 3 month stay in Ft. Myers Fl. and our RV has helped to make it a very pleasant stay. We hope you guys continue to grow and prosper and I'm sure you will as long as you continue to treat your customers as well as you have in the past.

Thanks for all the work you had the 2 employees ( I can't remember their names) of Ameri-Camp do on our coach.  We really appreciated having our coach back in good working condition again.  We have told some of our RV friends who knew we were having trouble with our coach what a great job you did and how pleased we are.  We have only put the main slide out and back in before we put it away for the winter, but it seems to be working well.
